Healing Circles

Grow in relationship with group therapy.

Joining a healing circle at AllFree Therapy is about practicing something new — with your full self.

That means showing up with your history, your defenses, your habits, and your hope. And staying long enough to see what else is possible.

Healing circles are for people ready to stay in the room — with discomfort, with each other, and with themselves.

We move slowly.

We build trust.

And then we begin to undo what’s been done.

People holding hands in a supportive gesture, possibly in a counseling or support setting.

As we grow together, we become our own living system — part classroom, part rehearsal room, part second family.

Over time, what emerges is a space where people can finally speak truths they’ve never spoken, feel things they’ve spent a lifetime avoiding, and begin to show up with more clarity, courage, and connection.

Each group is a long-term, in-person process lasting 2-4 years. We move through the work slowly, in layers.

There’s no rush.

It’s rooted in the understanding that lasting change doesn’t come from insight alone — it comes from connection, accountability, and learning how to stay present, even when it’s hard.

As the circle nears its close, something new begins. Not an ending, but an opening. We turn toward the future — not one shaped by survival, but one shaped by choice.

Through movement, image, and voice, you begin to dream your future — one that feels true in your body. A life that reflects who you’re becoming.

The goal of AllFree Therapy circles isn’t about becoming perfect or fully “healed.”

It’s about becoming more resourced, relational, and real — with yourself and others. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your story, new tools for navigating conflict and intimacy, and a group of people who’ve witnessed your growth from the inside.
